love this bright yellow dress from topshop that i found yesterday.
it’s so simply pretty. i would definitely pair this up with a pair of colorful heels like these.
i love cut outs. they add that little extra flair without being over-the-top.

i think this sweet little crepe dress by betsey johnson is so pretty!
the accentuated shoulders, ruffled bottom and bow accent make it so feminine and flirty. but yet it’s a very simple and modest dress too.

when it comes to blue, i definitely prefer the lighter shade of it.
i guess that’s how i am with most all colors though. light & breezy colors just draw me in more.
these blue dresses are so sweet! can’t wait for spring to start wearing similar styles again.
course, i first have to have the baby to really start wearing the cute stuff. i have ONE dress that fits my prego belly right now. ONE! that’s quite a dilemma for me. i’ll get thru it i know, don’t feel too sorry for me. i am getting a precious baby after all.

i didn’t always know what a peplum dress was. i used to just say “you know, the sort of dress with the skirted poof above the fitted skirt.” but now, after years of not studying but merely paying more attention to the names of things… now i know what a peplum hem is. but the thing is, almost no one else does so i end up giving the same description as before i knew. oh, the trials of life!
i love peplum dresses, such a sweet flair. this dress is exceptionally sweet with the white and pink combo, i think they go so good together.
so today is finally march 1st, yay! i was pretty excited when i woke up, i wanted to “cheers” someone with my morning coffee but no one was here except my 4 year old son. and upon further reconsideration, clanking coffee cups together might not be one of my brightest ideas.

k, i know this is like my third post on something mint in a short time span, but i’m a little obsessed & i just can’t resist. this dress was found via my inbox today and i just had to share.
it’s from ruche.com and they have whole little section right now called “mint condition” so if you’re a super-mint-freak like me, go check it out.
2 more days and february is ova’! i am so happy about that. for one, spring seems very close. and for two, in about 8 weeks i will have a new bunny (aka baby) and can start slimming down and living my regular life again! i am not a good pregnant girl, full of aches & indigestion which i think is part of the definition of “big-fat-bore“

at first i thought this dress was white, but then realized (after reading the description) that it is in fact, light pink. & honestly, i’m still seeing white when i look at it but i’ll just blame it on my computer since i really don’t have time to worry about going color blind right now.
i thought this dress was so sophisticated , so pure & “i’ve got it all together” looking.
i’d wear this with a lovely pair of pink heels and do my hair like this
i am so excited for march to be here, makes my spring fever soar! <3

thought i’d start the week off with a great skirt selection.
a skirt is a great way to add a pop of color, i am having such a hard time choosing colors this year, i just love too many. light yellow & mint green are definitely in my top five though.
